  • Initial Consultation
    I’ll start with a one-on-one consultation to understand your current fitness, previous training, and personal goals. This helps me establish a strong foundation to create a plan that’s tailored specifically for you.
  • Goal Setting & Evaluation of Past Training
    Together, we’ll review your past training history to identify key strengths and areas for growth. I’ll work with you to set clear, actionable goals to keep you focused and motivated.
  • Weekly Training Plans
    Each week, you’ll receive a detailed workout plan tailored to your unique needs, experience level, and goals. Your plan will evolve based on your progress, ensuring you stay challenged while avoiding burnout.
  • Weekly Check-ins
    Consistent communication is key to making adjustments and staying on track. I’ll check in via email each week to discuss your training, answer questions, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Training Log Review
    I’ll review your weekly training log to monitor your progress, adjust workouts, and provide feedback on technique, effort levels, and overall performance.
  • Race Preparation, Tapering, & Recovery
    Leading up to your race, I’ll guide you through tapering strategies and race-day preparation. After the race, you’ll receive a recovery plan to help you bounce back safely and effectively.
