“Life Changing – these are the first words that come to mind when I think of my running journey with Rupal as my coach. Before embarking on distance running, while I had always “run” as a form of cardio, Rupal running the NYC marathon in 2022 transpired in me an immense desire to further cultivate my own fondness of running   And a desire was simply all it took for Rupal to become my coach. It was that simple. I said I would really like to start distance running and Rupal said okay I will train you. And oh she’s done so much more than that for me. She not only sets up my training runs for the week, but she also analyzes them (heart rate, speed, cadence etc.) and continues to refine and customize  my training based on actual stats. But running, I have learned, isn’t simply about just running. Effective, efficient and injury proof running involves much more, and that is proper strength training, mobility, and nutrition.
